Dogs in general good health with current DHLPP, Bordetella, and Rabies vaccines - Puppies
14 weeks or older - Adult Dogs
6 months or older. All Adult dogs must be spayed or neutered
Registration
- Print out the registration form and fill it out completely.
- Call us to set up a 20 minute appointment with you and your dog. Be sure to bring the filled out registration form.
- Bring your dog's vaccination revords to the appointment or simply have your vet fax them to us.
- Upon acceptance, purchase the daycare package that best fits you and your dog's needs.
- Bring your friend in to romp and play all day at the social club.

Our goal is to be as flexible as possible with your scheduling needs. 24 hour advance reservations are strongly recommended as space is limited and preference is given to monthly full-time members.
No-shows will be automatically charged.
Late pick-up fee: $1.00 per minute past 7:00p.m.
$10.00 assessment fee is applied to first monthly package purchased.

In Order to maintain a safe, clean and fun environment for your pet we do require the following:
- All dogs must have a completed and approved registration and behavior assessment on file.
- All members must have proof of vaccination on file.
*Bordetella is required every six months. - If your pet has been sick with a communicable condition within 30 days, we reuire a vet certification of health to be re-admitted.
- We ask that your pet has had their breakfast and potty break prior to drop off in the morning.
